Learn how to Shuffle: Three steps

There are three different components when you break down the basic running man move.

To make it easy, we assume the ground has three lines. Stand on the middle line keep your feet together.

Step 1: Keep your one leg on the front line and other leg on the back line. This is our starting position.

Step 2: Slide the front leg to the middle line on the same time move the back leg up (About your waist level or higher)
Step 3: Move the upper leg to the front line on the same time slide the other leg to the back line.
Now repeat these steps with the other leg as shown below.
With normal flow, the running man looks below.

Practice Tips

  1. When you practice, always start with a low bpm song and practice slowly.
  2. Practice with the count and once you are confident enough, you can increase the speed.
  3. Repeat. And don’t stop trying.
